I was pleased with the buying experience that I had at Pleasanton Lexus. We typically buy a car every five years or so; the whole process can be so aggravating. Our last car was a BMW and I will never own one again. After adding up all the repair costs on our 5 series, my husband and I could have bought matching Rolex watches... We started by selling our car first to stop the bleeding. Our car sold within 5 days on craigslist.com. If you need to sell a car that is a great resourse.
We went into the dealership after some research on Edmunds and we knew what we wanted. All things being said the salesperson we worked with was great and very informative. He was not pompous or rude as you might think (car sales people). My husband and I worked with sterling anderson and we would recommend him in the future. We were at the dealership for just under 2 hours. Pleasanton Lexus had the car we wanted and at a price that was fair for everyone. We understood that there is a high demand for the car and after driving it for a month we know why. My husband will need to get one for himself.
