Above and Beyond with no pressure

onTheir internet department and it's personnel were so easy to work with. The manager, Billy Bejerano, was completely transparent and said exactly what he could and could not do for us. The pricing was outstanding. The closer, Dante' Winters, was quick, efficient and did not try to sell a bunch of aftermarket items. Also, when our old car died on the way to pick up our new one, Mr. Winters drove out to pick us up and take us the rest of the way. We paid for the entire sale price with no financing. The gentleman who handled the paperwork did have a few aftermarket items - they always do, but he did not put any pressure on us to buy any of them. Delivery was painless, and Mr. Winters explained all of the features of the new vehicle, paired my iPhone to the bluetooth system and let us leave feeling very happy to deal with Toyota of Orange.
I looked at Edmunds.com at the last minute having gotten Costco, USAA and Consumer Reports quotes; I'm glad I did because the price Edmunds.com found at Toyota of Orange was by far the best.
