Awful customer service

onI traded in my old car and purchased a new car at the Napa Hanlees Dodge dealership Erica and Will were great! Sadly that’s where the great experience stopped. The car I traded in on 09/24/2019 was sold to the new buyer in late October 2019. In November 2019 I began receiving Fastrac toll bridge violations 3 in total. I notified Fastrac that I no longer own the vehicle in question, they told me to contact the dealership and that should be the end of the issue. I took all the paperwork to Hanlees 12/19 like I was asked to do again should have been the end of the problem. In January 2020 I began receiving late notices and additional fines for the toll violations. After another call to Fastrac, Hanlees had never attempted to resolve the issue as they had promised they would. If this is how they take care of their customers I will gladly go somewhere else. On a last note Brianna the sales manager for Hanlees Dodge is awful and rude!!
