I can't begin to express how impressed I am with with Victoria in service. She went well beyond normal expected service in many ways but particularly with helping me retrieve my cell phone which fell out of my pocket into the lyft car which took me to the car rental. Using 2 iphones, we were able to locate my phone and then retrieve it by driving to the pinged location which was in a moving car. Keven was very helpful in this also. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
