Useless service department

onThe service department here is terrible. 2 times in a row now I have had problems. I purchased a new 2015 silverado here which will be the last vehicle i will ever purchase here. I made a appointment for my first oil change and I had a air leak in my door they were supposed to look at and fix. It was supposed to take an hour. After 2 hours I start asking and they tell me they need more time. after 3 hours I am told sorry but the person who wrote you up went to lunch and there was some confusion and a delay. I ended up wasting a half a day here for an oil change as they didnt fix my door leak. I took time off work to get this taken care of and it was a waste.
So about a year later today I schedule my second oil change and a recall. It is supposed to take an hour. I get there and they tell me an hour and a half. After waiting for 2 hours I ask when my truck will be ready. I am told it has not been started yet and at least another hour. No one was even going to tell me there was a delay I could have been there all day if I didn't get up and ask. I left with no work done as I had to go back to work and will never return to this dealership for anything. This is 2 times in a row I have made an appointment taken time off of work and have gotten terrible service or no service.
