Led by their Direct/Internet Sales Manager Marie Q, they earned our business versus the other MB dealerships we inquired about based on her very prompt, courteous, and no nonsense dealing.
It was meant to be that the GLK model we prefer are in their lot already compared to the others still being researched upon and/or coming off the ship but still if not for their efficiency including the financial part of the transaction, we closed the deal in less than a 48-hour timeframe (having test-drove a similar GLK in another dealership the previous week), and even on a Sunday during her day-off!
It was a great buying experience for our very first Mercedes Benz!
