Great experience

onTheir internet sales team provided us a great experience in our purchase of a 2013 Kia Optima SX. The initial price they offered was below the Edmunds True Market Value by a few hundred dollars. Not too many complaints for us. One issue was the time it took to make the purchase (6 hours total in the entire process including choosing the car) and the small difficulty we had in making our final decision in that they did not want us to go discuss it over dinner. To be fair, the let us take the car we were considering out to dinner to provide an extended test drive (and to ensure we would come back of course). They were slightly pushy about providing a price quote without stating that "we are ready to buy this car first". We were also a bit nervous how they starting filling out a credit application without asking us when we stated we had pre approved financing, we had to put a halt on that. Overall, they will ensure you find the exact car you want (large inventory) or will get it for you if they do not have it. From what I have seen, they have amazing facilities which we will enjoy coming back to in the future. Customer satisfaction seems to be a top priority for anyone making a purchase. Though we had some minor gripes which are expected when buying a car, it was overall one of the better car purchasing experiences we have had in our years.
