I had been working with another Chevrolet dealership trying to find a Tahoe with the features we wanted and get good terms on a purchase or lease. After the other dealership kept dragging its feet and giving me partial information forcing me to continue to follow up with the same questions multiple times, I contacted Matt at Connell and he immediately gave me the terms I wanted and agreed to beat the terms already offered.
