I made inquiries through the internet and the associate communicated with me regularly until a price was negotiated with the features I requesed on the GMC Terrain SLT1. Once at the dealership my wife loved the looks and features on the Denali model, and quite frankly so did I. Although I ended up purchasing the upgraded Denali model, I am pleased with pleasant salesmen and the hassle free experience. P.S. don't bring your wife to the dealership, (just kidding).
