onLet’s start by saying that my salesman did a good job. As soon as I submitted a review on his service I lost all contact with Jim Click. I had issues with the new vehicle and tried to reach out to service. Every time I tried to reach out I was transferred to voicemail and never received a response. Now I scheduled my first maintenance for life appointment and talked to a lady that said I scheduled an appointment already. Which I didn’t. Not real happy with her customer service skills. It seemed as if I was bothering her. Made an appointment and asked if she would send out a verification email which I have never received. Not happy at all with their customer service.
