Arrowhead Honda

I bought an extended warranty when I purchased my 2017 Honda from Showcase Honda and was told it was good for all Honda dealerships. I called last week and talked to Rob about safety feature malfunction and he told me they would honor my warranty and made an appointment this morning. Only after waiting 2 hours I was told they found the problem, had the part in stock and already cleared the repair with my extended warranty but I owed Arrowhead $100 because I didn't purchase the vehicle and warranty their. When I argued that I was told this was covered under warranty and if I was told I had to pay only because I purchased elsewhere, I would have gone back to Showcase. Rob smirked and said I didn't ask about deductible and he didn't need to tell me. He advised me to "Educate myself". I'm officially educated and will not deal with them again and hopefully you won't either if you don't want less than honest, discourteous service
