onCame in for my appointment I made for routine service got there a 10.00am waited a min or two and John came out and greeted me and asked if I was going to wait I said yes I was. Hes said it would be an hour or hour and half. But after the hour and a half my truck had not been touch. I went to John and told him it was still just sitting behind the lube rack He immediately said what I take care of this. And he did wasn't long and the work was done Thanks to John and I was on my way.
