Excellent dealership. Ask for Dave Nelson!

onWhen I first showed up to the dealership, I was completely committed to simply look at the cars I was considering. I was certain I wasn't going to buy anything until May. I asked one of the agents, Dave Nelson, if he could show me the inside of the Nissan Juke they had out in the lot. He did, and invited me back to test drive it after they had a chance to warm it up for a quick run. The next time I came back, Dave had a surprise for me: they'd just received a newer Juke, in the same colors but a higher trim and fully decked-out interior, for only 3K more. He had both of the Jukes in the showroom ready for me, and despite my commitment to getting the cheaper one, there was no denying which one was the better model. I can't thank Dave enough for taking the next step and pointing me towards the second Juke, There was already interest in it, but he figured he'd show it to me all the same... and I fell in love with it immediately. I put money down on it and within the week we were already processing the final paperwork. He and Kendall Auto were very understanding throughout this process as well; because I was co-signing with someone down in California, communication was tough to time out right and paperwork took longer than it normally should. No matter; Kendall Auto and Dave were very patient and worked with me right to the very end, even though they were getting other offers in the meantime.
I've been driving the Juke for about a week now and it's everything I wanted in a car and more. I regret nothing about the purchase and cannot recommend these guys enough.
