Worst Service Ever

My wife was traveling in the Mobile area. She was caring for her ailing Mother. She went to start her car and it wouldn't start. After getting someone to jump start the car, we called AutoNation. We made an appointment the for the following day at 7:15 am. We wanted to get the battery checked and the alternator checked. We had an appointment. However, at 11:00am they said it still wasn't ready and offered to drive my wife back to her Mothers' house. After several phone calls in the afternoon, AutoNation said they were still working on it and needed to keep the vehicle over night. The next day around 1:00pm, we FINALLY get a call that the car is ready. What did they find? NOTHING! They said there was nothing wrong with the car. When asked why it took so long, we got different stories from different people. The machine was broken, it was ready yesterday, we were running diagnostics on it, etc. In hindsight, we would have taken it to Advanced Auto Parts or another store that checks the battery and alternator for free...and WITHOUT an appointment. Do better AutoNation.
