First the dealership has an outstanding building that caters to the customer. Free Wi-Fi, drink and snacks. But I was disappointment to see that the same old dealer games are played here. The sales staff makes you feel like you should be honored that they're letting you buy a Lexus from them. They won't do quotes on line, so you end up playing the same old negotiating games at this dealership.
