Purchasing this vehicle through Jonathan of your sales department was truly an enjoyable process. Unlike most automobile sales representatives that I have deal with throughout the years, Jonathan did a great job of answering all my questions in an honest, straight forward manner without all the "high pressure" sales techniques that I have been exposed to in the past.....which to me are an immediate turn off. The only thing about the whole purchase that concerns me a little is the fact that the van was only delivered with one key/fob device. In my more than 50 years of owning cars I have never owned a vehicle that I didn't have two (or more) keys available to start it with. Call me an old, "fuddy duddy" but considering my health issues I can envision where this could be a serious problem at some point. I was told that an additional key/fob would cost me approximately $200 through your dealership. I've done some research on the internet and have found many options out there for far less money. If I were to purchase one (or 2) of these key/fobs online would your service department be willing to program them to my van for my added peace mind?
