NEVER let them service your vehicles.

I am highly disappointed in the service at this establishment. I have a 2009 Dodge Journey that was towed to their garage Jan.24,2014. Problem was a busted Transfer case/ PTO unit. Had a hard time getting a hold of someone to speak to while it was with them to find out cause of problem, ect. Once picked up,(Feb.7,2014) I was told it would have a slight burning smell from fluids burning off & that they replaced the PTO unit.... 23 days after having it out of garage(Mar.2,2014) I was going down the road and there was a loud snap/ breaking sound. Immediately pulled over, car locked up and would not budge. Had it towed back to the dealership, found out this time, the PTO case had busted again, and the Drive Shaft was also cracked. Took forever for them to get the parts in, had trouble contacting them again, they still didn't know the cause of the problem & couldn't identify how to fix it. So they replaced the PTO once again along with the Drive Shaft. Just picked it up this afternoon( Mar. 24,2014) Found a large 2in crack in top right side of back bumper near hatch, that was not there the day it was towed in. Pulled out of parking lot, an awful grinding noise started as soon as I gave the car a little gas. Pulled back in, let mechanic test drive it, he thought it could have been a shield that wasn't bolted in all the way. After tightening the bolts, grinding sound was still present. They took it off lift, suggested it was a bad axle bearing. Said it was safe to drive and set up a time to have it looked at a week from today. Was also told all the service light would go off after driving it a few miles....On the way home, while idling at a red light, a loud vibrating roaring sound started, coming from under/near hood. Sounded like a helicopter was under the hood, pulled out from light, immediately after grinding noise, a vibration went through the underside of the car, being felt by my butt side. I drove home with a constant roaring sound & grinding from throttle. Sounds were only present when giving it gas, when letting off the throttle, there were no sounds at all.. Service lights finally went off, all but the AWD light, it is still on.. I plan on calling the BBB first thing in the morning and complaining about the awful service I've had. I honestly do not trust their work. The mechanics are all young and look like they just got out of a Vocational/Technical school, with little to no experience. I am contacting my warranty company as well, to request I can take it to another dealership that will service my car correctly and fix it right the first time instead of continuously causing more problems. I know the parts are under warranty with this dealership, and they did replace them when I brought it back the second time. This time I'd rather have someone professional.
