Do they really SELL cars?

onI was completely insulted by John Campbell, one of their sales team. They offered one tenth of the Blue Book value for my trade-in and wouldn't listen to my requirements for the deal. They were so very generous on the second round of negotiations to add $100 to the trade-in. I am insulted. I was there to buy a car and they didn't seem to care.

They added a hundred dollars to the trade in offer??? Were you trading in a goat or a small donkey? If it was a car, you probably should have traded during "Cash for Clunkers"...the rest of the tax payers could have made you a great offer on your trade.
