This was the first time we dealt with Wayne. He was very helpful in the purchase of our new Pilot. He informed us on the delivery date and made sure the we knew how to operate the new car. This will make the 3rd Honda Pilot i have purchased in the last 6 yrs from Urse. I would recommend Wayne to anyone shopping for a new car.
