Tom Keefe made my car-buying experience surprisingly enjoyable. I am a very indecisive buyer, and he patiently stuck with me for over 7 hours as I mulled over the pettiest details. He answered all my questions honestly and thoroughly and made me feel like he truly cared about whether I was making a good decision or not. Tom helped walk me through the value of my purchase and won me over with his patience and care. He's also very easy-going and fun to talk to. Other than Tom, the dealership was rather sub-par. His manager was rather pushy and tried to pressure me with the "we'll raise the price if you leave today" bit. The pricing on the website often does not correlate to the prices listed onsite and some listings were not accurate in their descriptions. On the bright side, the prices are generally fair given the condition of the cars and the warranties they provide. The no-haggle pricing system may seem unfair and a bit high, but with the certified pre-owned vehicles, it gives you a lot of peace of mind and was actually rated below the suggested blue book values. Moral of the story: talk to Tom!
