My husband and I bought a 2016 Prius last week. Our sales person was Jennifer Encinias. She did a great job of explaining features on the car and answering our questions. When we later posed a couple of concerns, she promptly investigated and solved them for us. Her attitude was perfectly customer-oriented. We are very happy with the attention we received from Rodland Toyota. And, we love our new car!
