It was a great experience. The staff members I interacted with professional and the interaction was positive. There is a Toyota dealer in my town, but I would rather buy cars and get service done at I-5 Toyota. There's a different feeling between the dealerships. All I can say is I've bought at I-5 before and I will again in the future - the place has a positive feeling.
