I recently purchased a Ford F-150 and had the pleasure of having Toni Price as the dealer who greeted me on my first visit to the dealership. I had already seen the full detail and the in-depth photos that she provided online. So I pretty much knew coming in, I would be buying if the truck ran as good as it looked. With no pressure, she handed me the keys after putting dealer tags on for me, she even stated it for me, Wow. My first thought was that the staff here is very friendly, laid back to the point i felt i was dealing with a friend. And the quality of the truck that I came to look at was very impressive, not to mention the other vehicles I walked past to get to mine. I found myself looking at other vehicles on the lot but I tried to stay focused. Test driving the truck,....fell in love the second i drove off the lot. She hid nothing online. Truck was great, I knew I was a buyer but wanted to drive it for at least 10-15 mins. Mind made up that I wanted this truck, I drove it back. Returning the truck and the keys, with just telling her we liked it and wanted to check on a bank loan, we walked out with no pressure what so ever. Next day or so, received a follow up call, but due to my busy work schedule, I was not able to talk to her until about a week later. With plans in motion after getting a loan, she allowed me to take possession of the truck until my bank released my check. Then with NO fault of hers or Surfside Auto Co, the headache began for her and I. Hurricane Florence came to town and a State of Emergency was announced for our area. This caused me to not be able to insure the truck which caused for the bank not releasing the check, which caused me to needing to return the truck until after the State of Emergency was lifted. Toni knowing that I was stuck with no ride back home after dropping the truck off, She got me a safe ride back home with a staff member in another quality vehicle that was for sale on their lot. Based on my job, I was put on 24hr deployment until the hurricane passed our area. Once it passed, It wasn't until a few days later that the insurance companies were able to insure vehicles again. Toni Price was extremely patient, willing to help in every way to get me in the truck with my busy schedule to the point that I felt bad that I wasn't able to even pick up the truck. She went out of her way to arrange for me to get the keys and placed the truck in a area where I was able to pick it up after I was off of work, which was after the dealership was closed. All in all, my experience with Toni Price would make me a returning customer. She is very professional, knowledgeable, patient, easy to conduct business with and every so laid back to give you that friend feeling. Even though I brought from Toni, I also get a chance to talk with Brent, another sales person in the business, and I got the same impression of him. Dealing with either one of these sales professionals at Surfside Auto Company, you wont be disappointed.
