Fake praises ... fake reviews

onWhen I evaluate my today’s experience, it seems that many of the reviews on service may be untrue or paid/prodded reviews. The sales unit in Bill page is excellent, Service unit is not good. For a simple oil change and State Inspection, I have been waiting for two and half hours, although from beginning I had mentioned that my Autistic child is with me and it won’t be possible for me to wait indefinitely . And I had come after a prior appointment. The comments and judgement of the Service personnel ( won’t write the name so that it doesn’t feel biased) was very poor and not professional. I can go on and on... but to sum up, it’s upsetting to see the poor customer service after having been a client for last 11 years. Thanks.
