Land Rover of Chantilly

I found their 2008 range Rover on EBAY with 33K miles on it, stating this truck has luxury package, rear DVD's, running boards and others luxury options. Looked at pictures, liked the truck, called to negotiate the price, made a deal, jumped in my car and drove from NY to VA 230 miles to buy it. Came there - the truck had no DVD's, no luxury package, no running boards, bad tires, air suspension does not work. What kind of service is that ? Is this how Land Rover dealers treating their customers ? The sales manager ( Jeremy ) says, they sell so many trucks to rich people - they don't care will I buy or not. What kind of BS is that ? Never ever go to them to buy any used truck or car.
