Kudos for Outstanding Service

onWhen we took our new Mercedes-Benz E-550 to the dealer for an atypical problem, the service manager, John P., spent more than an hour with us, driving the car and really listening to our concerns. During this time, Mr. P. also explained and demonstrated some of the car's special features we had not fully understood and used.
He could not have been more helpful or eager to resolve our concerns.
Then the technical staff found the clamp on the axle boot was missing.
The dealer did not just replace the clamp, but ordered parts and replaced the entire axle shaft, stating they wanted to do a "through" repair.
Being senior citizens, who have owned numerous, luxury cars of various brands, we have never encountered better or more comprehensive service.
Kudos to Mr. John P. and his service staff at Mercedes-Benz at Alexandria!!!
