Service stinks, the Mgr Brett stinks

I have a had an ongoing issue with my A4 for over a year. Audi S Burlington changed everything they could make me pay for but never fixed the issue and they also made sure my key remotes stopped working when I complained to the Director of service. I found that Nate's Automotive have certified Audi mechanics and they are trustworthy and they fixed what Audi broke and could not fix. I own an S4 and an A4 and will never again go to Audi South Burlington, VT.

Dealer Response
Only an official Audi dealership can claim to have Certified Audi Technicians. We communicated with Audi directly, on your behalf, in regards to your issues; however due to your vehicles’ age and excessive mileage it is no longer considered under any type of warranty or extended warranty. Your vehicle was returned to you in the same condition that it was presented to us in; it would never be in our best interest to deliberately cause your key remotes to cease functioning. Best of luck to you and your Audi.
