Newby Buick GMC

I purchased a new car from Newby several years ago. Apparently, I was eligible for a "customer loyalty" rebate which they did not tell me about. When I found out about it a week later they basically refused to offer any help in obtaining this rebate. I contacted GM and within a month they sent me a check for the rebate. The dealership wouldn't lift a finger to help and apparently tried to keep the rebate for themselves. WATCH THESE GUYS!!! They will try and take advantage of you at every turn. If you complain about your treatment they will try and make you the bad guy somehow. Some of the same people who treated me so poorly are still working there. BUYER BEWARE!!! I think you would just be better off to shop somewhere else. I know that I will.
