Young Subaru

I had a appointment scheduled to have a gas leak fixed in my 03 wrx which is a VERY common thing. After several days (without even starting on my car) they decided that they needed to order more hoses for this problem. So after a whole week they decided it was gonna take longer then they thought. So they got a me a rental car that they owned. Which I thought was very nice of them to do. A couple of days later I noticed a small crack in the windshield one morning. I didn't know if i had got a rock chip or if there could have already been a chip before I got the vehicle. Considering the car was covered in snow and salt, it was hard for me to inspect it when I was given possession of it. So I gave them a call and told them my problem. I had said the crack was not very big and if I should go see if it's a possible crack to fix. Without hesitation Nathan told me I had to replace the whole windshield even without seeing it for himself. It could have been fixed right then. I figured maybe it would be 200-300 dollars so I didn't argue right away. But then I was told it would be 500-600. Why does Young Subaru not have insurance or anything on these rentals? My car took 2 weeks to get back. I used to love Subaru's and planned on getting a brand new Subaru but after this experience I won't ever buy another Subaru, or recommend anyone buying one yet alone bringing there car to Young Subaru. Also Rick Gerber was nothing but rude about the situation and obviously didn't care about a customer.
