BMW of Murray

My BMW died. I had it towed into this dealership for service. They quoted me a price and delivery date. After a few days, they said the problem was fixed, but they found another problem. I told them I was aware of the problem and a different dealership had tried to fix unsuccessfully. They promised they could fix it. They quoted me a price. When they went to fix it, they found "another problem" which had to be fixed in order for the 2nd item to be fixed. The total service cost would be more than the blue book value of the car! I told them I didn't want the 2nd item fixed and I wanted my car back with just the 1 item fixed. They said that couldn't be done because they had already done most of the work on the 2nd item and they wanted payment. They wouldn't even restore to as it was without a payment more than the car is worth. I walked away and left them my car. They stole it. Don't let them steal your car -- take your car somewhere else.
