I made contact with Kelly Hutto via USAA's car buying service. I came in and he was very friendly, helpful and not pushy at all which is a HUGE deal to me. I was able to quickly have my 2011 Honda Fit appraised for trade in value, I test drove the car I had my eye on (2015 Chevy Equinox in Blue Velvet Metallic). And I even got a quick hello from Derrick Butts (Finance Manager). They gave me a quote and I was on my way to discuss it with my husband. After working the numbers to see what we could afford we realized that buying a new car just might not be for us at the moment. When I contacted Kelly I thanked him for his time and told him we just couldn't make it happen at this time. He asked what my goals were, and I gave him our honest number. He told me to let him see what he could do, and I swear they made a miracle happen! My husband and I never in a million years thought they'd be able to let us walk away with the price we asked, but they DID! The guys we encountered at the dealership were amazing and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
