I have written a couple of bad reviews of other Kia dealers I went to during my search for a car. This dealer was straight up with me, quickly found out what I wanted and directed me to what he had that was in the ball park. The price he gave me in the email was all in, drive away so there was no room for either side to dicker, and it was still below the MSRP, so the sales price before tt&l was well below MSRP. I went in with a loan preapproved, but their loan department was able to get me a loan at a considerably lower rate than I had from my own credit union. So, with the above in my experience, I cannot see how I could have been treated better, and I really distrust car salesmen!
