Purchased a vehicle at a quoted price of $14,900. Without being informed, an extra $1,995 was added to the price of my purchase bringing the total to $16,795. Do not buy from this dealer. I have bought multiple vehicles before, 2 of which were certified pre-owned, and have never had an experience like this in which I was charged nearly $2,000 more under the guise of a charge for the inspection of the vehicle that allowed it to be classified as a certified pre-owned. The price of the vehicle on a certified pre-owned should always include the price for the vehicle being a certified pre-owned, which involved a rigorous inspection. Do not buy from this dealership nor from Quinton Van Hall Outley-Trowers.
