Sewell Lexus of Fort Worth

I had bought a vehicle the dealer a few years ago and decided to upgrade to a new one. Too bad they never called me back, so I went with their competitor in Grapevine. After they had requested my contact info, so the sales manager, Gina C., could call me, I got a call a week later. However, I had already purchased from their competitor. Unbelievable. Even worse, my friend had the same thing done to him a week later. No phone calls, another missed sale. I had no such issues with this dealer a few years ago; however, things have changed. I will never consider buying a vehicle from Sewell again. Such a disappointment now.
