I was happy to find a good dealership- I was beginning to think I wouldn't find one as good as Don Jenkins in NC..... My experience with other local dealerships was poor at best (Big Star absolutely sucks). The staff was professional and human- NOT predatory. That was one of the main reasons I bought the car. The one area I see for improvement is the need to provide your employees with the tools they need to do their job. They made do with printers and computers from what looked like the 80's, without a single complaint..... Give them new lap tops, wireless printers, and provide wifi access to your customers.
