Other than the beautiful truck I got at a great price, I really feel that Kristen Meredith did an outstanding job. I am very busy and I feel that if she wasn't flexible with how we were communicating (through email) and if she wasn't as responsive as she was then I would've been frustrated and walked away. This was during Year End and she made me feel important when I thought I would just get lost in the shuffle. She made my buying experience smooth and painless and that is exactly what I was looking for. She's amazing and I couldn't be happier!
