I actually made the deal across the internet in less than 3 minutes contingent upon the vehicle condition once we came to Nashville from 150 miles away. The negotiation was pleasant and the deal was reasonable from what we could tell from our research. Once we arrived at the dealer our salesperson was engaged with another customer, however, we were well taken care of with cold drinks and restroom facilities. Once the salesperson was free we cruised through the sales process and the dealer actually took a personal check, cleaned the car (although it didn't need it) and had it ready in short order. This was an excellent experience.
