Dealership Service Review
service Rating
Expensive and Aggravating

onThe work is fine from this service dept.
They will continue to work on a vehicle until they get it right.
But I only go there when I absolutely have to.
My first experience with them was warranty work.
The work was completed as promised, but when they called to tell me the car was ready, they informed me that the previous owner had put the wrong anitfreeze in the car and they had replaced it and it would be over $100.
They did not call me ahead of time to OK this.
Apparently the "gold antifreeze" is made of actual gold.
Other problems include repairs ballooning in cost, often to repair their mistakes, and calling me to pick up a vehicle that is done when it is not really done.
I had some experience with their
body shop which was very good, but the service department is terrible.
The work is much more expensive than other shops, and they could not get a bearing for a Mercury vehicle that I bought down the street at NAPA.
I have not had any issues with the work when complete, its just very expensive and aggravating to get anything done.
