Great Buying Experience

Our expectations were meet from the time we arrived at Toyota of Cool Springs through delivery of our new Highlander. The salesman acted in a very professional manner throughout the process. He listened to our needs and expectations in a new vehicle. While representing the dealer, he showed concern to us. The Highlander was delivered in showroom condition. Time was taken to make sure we fully understood all of the features (safety and those for driving) before we ever left the lot. Would highly recommend the Toyota brand and Toyota of Cool Springs.
