Upon finally deciding that the Optima was the car I was going to purchase I paid Kia of Cleveland a visit. I didn't encounter any high pressure salesman in fact it was the complete opposite. The first salesman I spoke with didn't even give me his card (this ultimately hurt him because I could not recall his name and worked with Rod). They put me in an Optima that was exactly what I wanted and simply asked about an extended warranty. When I told them I wasn't interested, we moved on. Overall great experience at the dealership.
