onIf you expect honest, respect, and quality vehicles - STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. We responded to one of their flyers for guaranteed approval to purchase a newer vehicle as a Christmas present for a lady with a broken neck and a 100% Service Connected Disabled Veteran to transport our under age 1 grandchildren in. We told them all of this and they showed us a 2011 Kia Sorento. I thought it was strange that any time we headed towards the vehicle someone would run over and start it up before we could get close. We completed the deal and the next morning we started up the vehicle and discovered obvious signs of engine damage in the noises made by the engine. We contacted the sales team and they just spouted the usual salesman line of crap. Long story short, after being assured that the 'bumper to bumper' warranty that we purchased would cover anything during the sale the KIA dealer informed us that the warranty was not going to be honored because of a lack of maintenance from the prior owner. It turns out Grey Epperson had a trade in that was damaged and they wanted to get rid of it, it didn't matter who they screwed. Save your time, money, and loved ones.
