Ok, I my wife and I have been in the market for a while on a van. Low and behold Joe Heitz had what we wanted. It was used, as I don't buy new anymore, but there was something amiss here. the sataff was courteous, friendly, and accomidating. They allowed me to take the van to my wife who had not yet test driven this model yet. Immedialtley after leaving the lot I contacted the sales person to let them know that I am feeling the van stagger, stammer, and it's having difficulty finding the right gear in the transmission. He assured me that it was nothing. He even went so far as to say he called a Honda dealer to ask about this and if it was common for this model. Oh it's nothing, you're just used to the CVT transmission and not feeling gears shift in your current car. I'm not stupid.............My wife returned the van on Monday and she overheard the sales manager say "Did you make them feel bad?". Are you serious? It was advertised and told to me that it had a multipoint inspections before is was placed on the lot. Whatever.....................
