Terrible service for a simple oil change

onI brought my car in for a simple oil change on 12/11/15. Almost three hours later they completed the simple oil change... Let me repeat that... Almost 3 hours later!
First, it was a very light day there and I have waited behind a ton of people before at other dealerships and got finished in an hour and a half...so after I went to the waiting area, I sat and watched my car sit there for 40 minutes for no reason. Finally, the woman told me they couldn't start my car. This is due to I have the safety engine thing you have to swipe for it to turn on. It had fallen to the floor from being held by Velcro.... And yet the mechanics failed to see it or even ask me. Then it sat for another 20 minutes because they decided to have an all hands on deck meeting in the showroom which is inexcusable when you are open and have waiting customers.... Finally, my car went in and another almost hour went by for them to perform a simple oil change. They also told me I had a nail in my tire and I asked them to fix that... Another 30-40 minutes to fix that!! I have had a nail in a tire before and had it patched in 10 minutes... And an oil change 35-45 minutes is typical... My time was definitely not valued and I will never be back and have already told enough people about their incompetence with an oil change. If anyone goes there for one, be prepared to get a rental for the day ha.
