Low Country Volkswagen

Please don't send your wife here to have her oil changed. We were presented with a $100.27 bill and on another invoice was a charge for $29.00 shop charge. When I questioned this I was told that they could remove this charge. I really got upset with this because we our loyal customers who buy and service our car at this dealership. The service manager laughed and said they charge everyone the same price. You would expect a jiffy lube type place to resort to this and that is why I stay away from them. I promptly called the Other VW dealer to ask what the charge would be and was quoted $89.00. If you can't trust these guys to be fair with oil change prices, I can only think they are padding the price on every service. Very sad experience and will buy and service my car elsewhere. Had to rate 2 stars as the website would not let me rate 1.
