Classic Ford Lincoln of Columbia

When I started my lease I was mislead on how to bring my car in once my mileage had been reached. When I discovered that I had been lied to I called to talk with someone about my options and set an appointment with Hope in the leasing department. Hope never met with me, instead a sales person did who got their manager who informed me that my previous sales person and her manager no longer worked there and I would have to pay $4,000 to end my lease. I was not offered an apology or given any type of acknowledgement about the fact that I was lied to and that impacted my purchase. I will not return to Classic Ford.
