onThis June of 2009 I purchased a 2009 Camry rather than a 2010. I knew what I wanted and I knew what I wanted to pay. Things went well. No heavy handed negotiating. Colonial is not the only Toyota shop around. (Boch found that out) Salespeople know their job, they do it every day. Shoppers will not win the game. The only con that I saw was the finance guy, I wondered if he felt that I just fell off a turnip truck.
Hopefully, the service department will be good, as well.
