Hill Cadillac

I've leased or purchased about 10 cars in the last 15 years and my experience at Hill Cadillac was by far the best. Matt and Randy communicated in a timely manner by email and eventually phone. The price they quoted me on my ATS was so good, it left no room for negotiation. Once I got to the dealership, having done my credit app online, all that was left was to appraise my trade, was the car and fill it with gas. They even reduced the price of the car further because the monthly payment on my lease was quoted for an automatic transmission which has a 2% residual than the 6 speed manual I got. They actually honored the agreed upon monthly payment and adjusted the price of the car to make it work! Now that's something you don't see everyday. There was no handing me off to a finance manager for my paperwork where their primary job seems to be to up-sell you add on's like tire wear and tear coverage, scratch and dent protection, etc., things that only drive up your payment and never seem to cover what you thought they would. Matt, my sales rep handled me start to finish. Matt was very knowledgeable regarding the car and because I was tight for time when I took delivery, we got together 3 days letter to complete the ATS orientation. I've had Porches, Lexus, Infinitis and this was by far the smoothest, professional, no hassle experience I have had. Great Job Hill Cadillac!
