Toyota of Greensburg

Went in with print out of truck offered for sale. They said it was sold, and they can find me the exact truck i am looking for. Salesman then tried to sell me a truck he had on the lot. Should have known at that point go elsewhare. Then he walked away came back and said he found one. We went over the options but it was wrong color. Again walked away came back with yet another wrong color. Finally he found it! Only one problem it has no rear seats, I said not a big deal I can live with that, it was the color I wanted. Well the truck finally arrived and we went to pick it up. looked at it briefly thought it looked great, signed the papers and we were done, drove off the lot and quickly realized there were other options missing along with the rear seats. No speakers of intermittent wipers, called salesman within minutes. It went from how can we earn you business to there is nothing I can do for you we went over the options, the truck is yours.. I was completely stupid, i did not realize this dealership still uses bait and switch! They are completely untrustworthy, go elsewhere don't let them take the joy out of buying new.
