onI would highly recommend not buying a mitsubishi vehicle from this particular dealership. I had previously had a bad experience at different dealership over only receiving one key for a car. I thought I had learned and brought this question to the NEW salesman at Interstate. And was told that there were two keys for the car. And I mistakenly took his word for it. After signing the papers for the vehicle I was given only one key. I again brought to the salesman attention about the key in which he replied "I will take care of that for you, no problem", my wife also witnessed this. Came back the next day with the title for my trade-in, that is another story, and low and behold, how the story changed. The NEW salesman said "I never said I would take care of that, and we never talked about another key". So now my wife and I are lying. And of the course "it's against dealership policy to supply additional keys, floor mats and mud flaps". $170.00 and I can have a new key for my car. So, I would recommend staying as far away from this dealership as possible. The're salesman are [violative content deleted], and this especially includes there sales manager, [violative content deleted]. You could tell he knew his NEW salesman was lying and was covering for him. What happened to "The customer is always right", I guess that went out the window with the economy. Once again, I highly, recommend staying away from Interstate MItsubishi.

I too would not recommend this dealership, we had a lot of trouble with them, admittedly they put things right after much deliberation and wasted time and hours but really did we and should we had to have gone through all this hassle buying a new car? in a word No, I could complain until i am blue in the face, in a word I only went there because I believed it was a mitsubishi dealership, but in truth it is a franchise and no one from mitsubishi works there, they just sell there cars, had i known this I would of driven straight past and saved myself a lot of hassle.
