I experienced the best-run dealership I have ever seen last Friday. My self and four family members were traveling from Bloomington IL. to Dallas Texas when the transmission appeared to be failing in the Buick van we were driving. We stopped at Nix Auto Center, 700 S George Nigh, McAlester, OK to see if the car could be repaired. My wife opened the door and the papers she was grading for her second grade class flew all over the parking lot. Several of the employees at the dealership saw what happened and helped pick the papers up. After doing a quick diagnosis of the problem one of the employees drove us to Chilis restaurant. The car was repaired in less than an hour and another employee picked us up at Chilis. We continued traveling to Texas and were able to be with our family to grieve for a family member who pasted away. The five of us will be life long GMC automobile buyers do to the superior service we received.
